Stellar Roofing wanted to drive leads in a highly competitive industry and stand out from the local competition while conducting productive booked appointments.
We created a Local Service Ad that would differentiate Stellar Roofing from its competitors, and prospective customers could view Stellar’s potential for themselves. A potential customer could view the business, reviews of work they've done, and make an appointment over the phone with one click and conversation.
In the first month (April 2022) of running Local Services Ads, 27 leads were recorded, resulting in 13 booked appointments for roofing specialist work. The booking rate in the first month alone was 48%. This proved to be a good tactic for Stellar Roofing to book appointments in a highly efficient and customer-oriented way.
Fast forward to June 2022, with a slightly larger budget, the LSA produced 42 leads and 22 booked appointments, producing a 52.4% booking rate. This means more than half of the calls that came through inquiring about roofing needs resulted in a booked appointment for that month.
After significantly increasing budget in August 2022, the LSA recorded 60 leads, resulting in 34 booked appointments, with a booking rate of 57%.
